Chair: Janel Davis '99janelmdavis35@gmail.com

Established in 1983, the BAC provides a means for African-American alumni of Wesleyan to continue a relationship with the University, further its goals, support its programs and students, and create opportunities for interaction with the University community. The BAC sponsors numerous awards, recognizing alumni and students whose careers, contributions and character have impacted not only the University community but also their own larger communities.

The BAC Council Chair and regional volunteers work together to plan and present such annual events as Reunion receptions, the Dwight L. Greene Symposium (a forum on trends relating to Wesleyan’s engagement with diversity), and panel presentations featuring distinguished alumni and parents of color.

Join the BAC Wesconnect Group to post events, photos, chat with other alumni, and get a quick "at-a-glance" view of where group members are located all over the country!  We welcome your involvement!
