What’s the difference between Sign Up and Login?
Sign Up! is only used to establish your Wesconnect account the first time you sign in; use login anytime you return to Wesconnect.
What is my WesID and where can I find it if I don’t know it?
Your WesID is your six-digit Wesleyan identification number. You can find your WesID on the mailing label of a recent issue of Wesleyan Magazine, or in the recent email announcing the launch of Wesconnect.
You can also submit a support request to ask for your WesID. Please provide the following information:
- full name at graduation (including any middle names)
- full date of birth
- class year
- preferred e-mail
- alternate (non-Wesleyan) e-mail
- primary Wesleyan major
We work hard to respond to all support requests within 24 hours.
Can I choose any username I want?
You may want to consider using your first initial and last name, or your first and middle initials plus last name, but feel free to choose any username you wish, as long as it’s available in the system and is one you’ll be able to remember. Your username can be an email address.
What do I do if I forget my username?
Select Forgot Username? from the Login box. We’ll ask for the email address on file, and then send you your current username.
What if I forget my password, or just want to reset it?
Select Reset Password from the Login box. We’ll ask for the email address on file, and then send you a link to reset your password.
Is there another way to login to Wesconnect?
You have the option to connect your Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn or Yahoo account to your Wesconnect account, and then you can login to Wesconnect using your social site credentials… one less username and password to remember! Here’s how to set it up.
