Wesleyan alumni impact their communities every day. The WEServe Community Service initiative provides alumni, students, and parents with the opportunity to coordinate or participate in a service project in their hometown, side-by-side with other members of the Wesleyan community. It's simple - you come up with a community service idea,, share your idea with us, and we promote it to alumni in your area!
Initially, WEServe began as a week-long initiative, but due to it's resounding success, we have expanding it from one week to a year round program! One week just wasn’t enough – but more importantly, expanding the program will allow more people to participate when it’s most convenient for them.
If you are interested in coordinating a WEServe project, please submit a project form. We will review your project, build an event/registration, promote your project to alumni in your area, and send you a project packet. Or, if you would prefer to be a volunteer instead of a coordinator, be on the lookout via e-mail for WEServe events coming to your area!
If you have any questions, feel free to contact Tyna Stefak, Assistant Director for Alumni and Parent Relations at (860) 685-3953 or email@example.com.
